Designed for comfort, built for performance

A sixteen-fan variable-speed system built for the largest pod in the range. Six to eight people fill a room quickly; running continuously, it keeps the air clear through a long board session or an all-hands — the difference between an hour that stays sharp and one that drags.

High-stakes meetings, real discretion. Acoustic-insulated walls and acoustic glass across its spacious XL layout are engineered for acoustic privacy. Keep your all-hands, leadership reviews, and board discussions secure inside, while leaving the busy distractions of the open office at the door.

An occupancy sensor powers up lighting and ventilation as people gather, and stands the pod down once the session ends. A room this size left running would waste real energy — the sensor keeps the XL working only when it's in use.

One in-pod panel sets the whole room — dim the lighting for the screen, run the sixteen-fan system up or down for a full house, and connect at the AU power socket with USB-A and USB-C. Conference control without a rack of switches.

The XL ships as a finished conference room: a meeting table, two upholstered sofas sized for the larger footprint, and a wall mount ready for a screen, all in the base price. Everything a board session needs is already in the pod when it arrives — not a board-ready shell plus a separate furniture order.

Adapt your space as the business changes. Built on smooth-rolling casters, the XL is never anchored to one spot. Relocating a pod this size is a deliberate project rather than a quick shift — but it gives your workspace the long-term agility to reconfigure whenever the office layout needs to change.

Common questions about the XL-Pod

The XL-Pod is designed for six. That is what the table and seating are sized for, and six people can spend a long session in it — a board meeting, a leadership review, an all-hands for a small team — without anyone being short of space.

Eight will fit. For a shorter meeting, eight average-sized adults get in comfortably enough; for a two-hour session, six is the honest number.

It is the largest pod in the standard range at 2150 × 2100 × 2185 mm, and it runs sixteen fans — a room this size fills with people quickly and the ventilation is sized for that. If you regularly need more than eight, that is a custom build rather than a standard model.

The published price covers the pod fully fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket with USB-A and USB-C, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as you step in and powers them down after you leave, and wheels so the pod can be repositioned.

The furniture is included too: a meeting table, two upholstered sofas sized for the larger footprint, and a wall mount ready for a screen. All of it is standard, not a paid upgrade.

Delivery and professional installation are quoted with your order, based on your location and site access.

Finished weights, model by model: S-Pod 328 kg; MW-Pod 512 kg; M2-Pod 503 kg; L4-Pod 599 kg; XL-Pod 785 kg.

Modern commercial office floors are typically rated well above what any Peacepod model requires. If you are in an older or non-standard building, check with your building manager before ordering and we will provide the pod weight and footprint for their assessment.

No. A conversation at ordinary speaking volume stays in the pod — it is not intelligible to people working outside it.

That is a function of how the pod is built rather than of where you put it. The wall is four layers deep, the door is acoustic glass on a full-perimeter seal that engages when it closes, and even the ventilation ducts are internally baffled so they cannot carry sound out. A pod is only as good as its weakest gap, which is why the seal matters as much as the panels.

Don't take our word for it. Visit a showroom, close the door, and have someone speak inside.

We hold stock of our standard models locally in Australia, so if the model you want is in stock we can usually deliver and install within one to two weeks.

If your order needs to be manufactured, the lead time is approximately eight weeks. That applies to custom pods too — a custom build does not take longer.

We will confirm the lead time for your specific order before you commit.

Your pod is assembled on site. It is delivered in sections and our installation team builds it in position, so there is nothing for you to assemble.

Installation time depends on the model and the site. We will confirm what to expect when we schedule your delivery.
