M2-Pod · Meeting pod · 2 people
Speak freely.Real privacy.
Some dialogues shouldn't travel across the open office floor. The M2-Pod is a compact two-person meeting space engineered for confidential one-on-ones, sensitive reviews, and candid interviews — step inside, close the door, and speak freely. Real privacy, right where you need it.
$12,395 + GST
Designed for comfort, built for performance
A four-fan variable-speed system keeps air moving the whole time the door's closed. Two people warm a small room quickly; continuous circulation keeps the M2 comfortable through an hour-long conversation, with no stuffiness and no fog on the glass.
Keep the conversation confidential. Acoustic-insulated walls and a full-perimeter sealed glass door give this space genuine acoustic privacy. Whether it's a high-stakes one-on-one, a sensitive review, or a candid interview, both sides of the dialogue stay in the room — not at the desks around it.

An occupancy sensor brings the lighting and ventilation up the moment someone steps in, then powers them down when the room empties. Walk in for the next conversation and the M2 is ready to go — with nothing drawing power between meetings.
A single in-pod panel sets the tone for the meeting — dim the lighting, adjust the fans, and connect at the AU power socket with USB-A and USB-C for both people's devices. Everything's within reach of the table.

The M2 ships as a finished meeting room: a meeting table and two upholstered sofa chairs, included in the base price. Where many brands quote the pod and leave the fit-out to a separate furniture order, the M2's seating and surface simply arrive as part of it.

On smooth-rolling casters, the M2 doesn't claim a fixed corner of the floor. Two people can move it to wherever the next conversation needs to happen, and shift it again when the layout changes.

Common questions about the M2-Pod
The published price covers the pod fully fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket with USB-A and USB-C, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as you step in and powers them down after you leave, and wheels so the pod can be repositioned.
The furniture is included too: a meeting table and two upholstered sofa chairs. All of it is standard, not a paid upgrade.
Delivery and professional installation are quoted with your order, based on your location and site access.
A Peacepod has a published price. An M2-Pod (2-person meeting pod) is $12,395 + GST, and that covers the pod fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as someone steps in, wheels so the pod can be repositioned, and the furniture for that model. Delivery and installation are quoted with your order, based on your location and site access.
A built meeting room is a project rather than a product. It is quoted per site, and what it costs depends on your building, your landlord, the condition of the space, and what the work uncovers once it starts — construction, electrical, glazing, ventilation, AV and furniture are all separate lines. We don't publish a comparison figure for that, because a national average tells you nothing about your building. If you are weighing the two up, get a fit-out quote for your actual space and put it beside a price that is already fixed.
One difference worth weighing beyond the cost: a pod is assembled on site and stands on its own wheels, not fixed to the floor, walls or ceiling, so it can be repositioned as your floor plan changes or go with you at the end of a lease. A built room stays with the building.
The thing most likely to need checking is fire services. Depending on how your building's sprinkler coverage and detection are laid out, they may need to be reviewed or adjusted for an enclosed space. That varies with the building, your lease and local requirements, so it is worth raising early with your building manager. Tell us about your site and we will quote delivery and installation for your location.
We hold stock of our standard models locally in Australia, so if the model you want is in stock we can usually deliver and install within one to two weeks.
If your order needs to be manufactured, the lead time is approximately eight weeks. That applies to custom pods too — a custom build does not take longer.
We will confirm the lead time for your specific order before you commit.
Your pod is assembled on site. It is delivered in sections and our installation team builds it in position, so there is nothing for you to assemble.
Installation time depends on the model and the site. We will confirm what to expect when we schedule your delivery.
No. A conversation at ordinary speaking volume stays in the pod — it is not intelligible to people working outside it.
That is a function of how the pod is built rather than of where you put it. The wall is four layers deep, the door is acoustic glass on a full-perimeter seal that engages when it closes, and even the ventilation ducts are internally baffled so they cannot carry sound out. A pod is only as good as its weakest gap, which is why the seal matters as much as the panels.
Don't take our word for it. Visit a showroom, close the door, and have someone speak inside.
The wall is built in four layers: a powder-coated steel outer panel, acoustic foam, acoustic cotton, and an acoustic felt panel forming the inner surface. The door uses acoustic glass, and the pod has a full-perimeter seal that engages when the door closes.
It is the combination that does the work — mass to block sound, soft layers to absorb it, and a good seal so it cannot leak around the edges. A gap anywhere undoes the rest, which is why the seal matters as much as the panels.
The Peacepod frame is covered by a 5-year warranty. The furniture, electrical parts, and sound-absorbing panels carry a 1-year warranty.
The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. You can read the full warranty terms for what is and isn't covered, and how to make a claim.
They share the same shell and the same footprint. What differs is the furniture inside and two of the external panels.
Both are 1555 × 1350 mm externally and 2185 mm tall, and both run four fans. The MW-Pod is fitted out as a workstation for one: a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and an ergonomic task chair. The M2-Pod is fitted out as a meeting room for two: a meeting table and two upholstered sofa chairs.
One difference on the outside: on the MW-Pod the left-hand front and rear panels — the two beside the desk — are solid, where the M2-Pod has glass in both.
So choose on what happens inside, not on the footprint. If it is one person working, take the MW-Pod. If it is two people talking — a one-to-one, an interview, a confidential conversation with a colleague — take the M2-Pod.
One thing worth knowing if you plan to present: neither has a screen mount. A wall mount ready for a screen starts at the L4-Pod.
Yes — it is what the M2-Pod is for. It holds a meeting table and two upholstered sofa chairs, and it has a full-perimeter door seal, so a conversation at ordinary speaking volume is not intelligible to people working outside it.
That matters more for this use than for most. An interview, a performance conversation or a difficult one-to-one is exactly the discussion that cannot happen at a desk in an open-plan office — and booking a meeting room for it announces itself in a way that stepping into a pod on the floor does not.
The way to satisfy yourself is the direct one: sit in one at a showroom, close the door, and have someone speak inside while you listen from outside.
