What people use a Peacepod for

Open-plan offices are built for collaboration — not for focus. A Peacepod gives your team somewhere dedicated to:

  • Private phone calls without disturbing colleagues or being overheard.
  • Video meetings with acoustic glazing that keeps calls in the room.
  • Focused work away from open-plan noise and interruptions.
  • One-on-ones and interviews for sensitive, confidential conversations.
  • Small team meetings for two to eight, without booking a room.

Common questions

The things buyers ask most often when choosing between the models.

The published price covers the pod fully fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket with USB-A and USB-C, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as you step in and powers them down after you leave, and wheels so the pod can be repositioned.

The furniture is included too: the desk, seating, table or display mount that comes with your model. All of it is standard, not a paid upgrade.

Delivery and professional installation are quoted with your order, based on your location and site access.

Start with what the pod is for, rather than with how many people you have.

If it is private calls and heads-down work, that is a one-person pod: the S-Pod for short sessions, the MW-Pod if someone will use it for most of a day.

If it is conversations, count the people who will normally be in the room. The M2-Pod is a two-person meeting room. The L4-Pod is designed for four and takes six for a shorter meeting. The XL-Pod is designed for six and takes eight.

Two things catch people out. If you will be presenting, count the screen as an occupant — it takes up a side of the table. And size for your normal meeting rather than your largest one: a pod that is right four days a week beats one that is right once a month.

If none of the five fits, we build custom — any size, capacity or footprint. Tell us the space, the headcount and what the pod is for, and we will come back with a recommendation.

We hold stock of our standard models locally in Australia, so if the model you want is in stock we can usually deliver and install within one to two weeks.

If your order needs to be manufactured, the lead time is approximately eight weeks. That applies to custom pods too — a custom build does not take longer.

We will confirm the lead time for your specific order before you commit.

Yes, in two ways.

The standard models have a short options list: a solid rear wall in place of glass, frosted or smart glass, an extra socket, a network port, an air-conditioning penetration, and custom colours on small runs. Most workplaces never add any of them, but they are there if your space needs them.

Beyond that we build custom pods, using the same acoustic construction as the standard range. A custom Peacepod can be smaller than the S-Pod as well as larger than the XL-Pod, in whatever capacity and footprint the space calls for.

Custom pricing depends on size, capacity, finishes and any special requirements, so it is quoted per project rather than published. Send us what you have in mind and we will come back with a detailed quote.
