Peacepods are built to keep conversations private in an open-plan office. Each pod uses a multi-layer wall build, acoustic glass, and a full-perimeter door seal, so speech inside is not intelligible to people working nearby.

The S-Pod has been independently tested by SGS to ISO 23351-1 and certified Class A, with 30.1 dB of speech level reduction.

ISO 23351-1 is the international standard for measuring speech level reduction in furniture ensembles and enclosures such as office pods and booths. It measures how much the pod reduces the level of speech passing out of it.

The S-Pod achieved 30.1 dB of speech level reduction in independent testing by SGS, which places it in Class A.

The published price covers the pod fully fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket with USB-A and USB-C, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as you step in and powers them down after you leave, and wheels so the pod can be repositioned.

The furniture is included too: a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and a matching height-adjustable stool. All of it is standard, not a paid upgrade.

We hold stock of our standard models locally in Australia, so if the model you want is in stock we can usually deliver and install within one to two weeks.

If your order needs to be manufactured, the lead time is approximately eight weeks. That applies to custom pods too — a custom build does not take longer.

Your pod is assembled on site. It is delivered in sections and our installation team builds it in position, so there is nothing for you to assemble.

Installation time depends on the model and the site. We will confirm what to expect when we schedule your delivery.

Because the pod is assembled in position, it is the delivery sections that have to fit your access route, not the finished pod. Tell us about your access — lift, doorways, stairs, floor level — and we will confirm what is needed before you order. On the day, the installers need a clear path to the install position and a standard power outlet within 2 metres of it.

Every model is 2185 mm tall. These are the footprint of the assembled pod, for planning where it will sit.

A lift is by far the easiest route, but it is not essential: where there is no lift, or the sections will not fit one, our team carries them up the stairs. Stair access may add to the cost of installation, and we will confirm that with you before booking.

The S-Pod is built for short private sessions — the call you cannot take at your desk, a video meeting, an hour of heads-down work. It has a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and a matching height-adjustable stool, and at 809 mm across inside it is a space you stand or perch in rather than one you settle into.

For a full working day, look at the MW-Pod. It has a deeper footprint, a proper ergonomic task chair instead of a stool, and the same sit/stand desk, so it works as somebody’s desk for the day rather than somewhere to duck into between meetings.

If you are choosing between the two, the honest test is how long the average session will be. Sit in both at a showroom before you decide — the difference is obvious in a minute and hard to read off a page.
